Effective May 31, 2020, a general curfew is in effect for the City of Miami from 8:00 PM through 6:00 AM and will continue each night thereafter as needed and until repeal by further order. This curfew shall prohibit pedestrian and vehicular movement, standing, and parking. The Miami Police Department is enforcing the curfew and violators are subject to arrest. Please see the full order

The following exceptions shall apply within the City of Miami:
- provision of essential federal, state, county and City of Miami emergency services such as fire-rescue, police, and hospital services including the transportation of patients and related government services
- utility emergency repairs
- emergency calls by physicians
