Bill Kress oversees the BID’s Business Communications & Editorial Services as an independent specialist. He is a seasoned communicator with expertise in journalism, media relations, public relations, photography, digital and social media, and long-form content development.
Before launching Kress Communications in 2016, Bill served as communications manager/PIO for the Village of Palmetto Bay and spent more than 20 years in corporate communications management roles within the airline and hospitality industries.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Bill earned his B.A. in English/Journalism from the State University
of New York and holds a Certificate in Spanish Language from Miami Dade College (2013).
