The kitchen is led by Chef Oscar del Rivero, who co-founded the restaurant in 2005. Originally from Mexico, Chef Oscar moved to Miami and was immediately inspired by the city’s immense diversity.
He honors multi-regional flavors rather than sticking to just one country’s cuisine. He utilizes premium, fresh ingredients like wild corvina for ceviche and creates a signature line of organic, preservative-free sauces available to purchase.
