El Bagel started as a viral pop-up delivering out of a car and a food truck in Wynwood. Owner Matteson Koche perfected his recipe and generated massive word-of-mouth buzz, leading to lines around the block and daily sellouts. They now operate permanent locations on Biscayne Boulevard and in Coconut Grove. it combines slow-fermented, NY-style bagels with vibrant Miami flavors, serving them through casual walk-up windows.
