Only one dish is highlighted at Si Papa 3190 (formerly known as 3190) in Coconut Grove because the restaurant operates on a unique “no-menu” speakeasy concept: they exclusively specialize in serving authentic, homemade lasagna.
The specific meat lasagna is called the “Si Papa”. It gets its name from Executive Chef Giulio Rossi’s daughter. Whenever she was growing up, it was her favorite meal before dance class, and whenever her father offered her more, she would beam and say, “Si, Papa” (Yes, Dad).
Giulio Rossi: Chef Rossi ran renowned restaurants in Italy for 18 years, including Ristorante Mario Fiesole. Under his leadership, his seafood-centric restaurant Panacea earned a Michelin star in 1991. He relocated to London to support his daughters’ careers as professional ballerinas before moving to Miami in 2024.
