All Signs Point to a Cleaner and Brighter Business District

Be sure to stop and smell the… stop signs? Not quite how that goes, but it is time to take note of the dozens of cleaner, brighter, and more prominent roadway signs that are popping up throughout the district. This week (Aug. 5-9, 2024), the long awaited sign-replacement project enters its final phase – installation.

We’ve also got a rosy report re repair and replacement of cracked and unlevel utility covers along our sidewalks. The latest problem spot was directly in front of Le Pain Quotidien on Main Highway – one of our busiest pedestrian walkways. Please check in with us if you see signs of other pesky problem spots around town, by contacting Sully Silva (pictured), our Block-by-Block Operations Manager, at 305-360-6870 or via email at ssilva@blockbyblock.com.

“You’re only here for a short visit. Don’t hurry. Don’t worry. And be sure to smell the flowers along the way.”  ~ Walter Hagen, American professional golfer
