Z. W. Jarosz Architect, P.A. and Jarosz Development, Corporation staff of approximately 30 employees comprised of designers, project managers, superintendents, carpenters, and support of personnel. Both companies have built many projects over the years and are known for their quality of design, construction, timely delivery of projects, and compliance with required budgets.
By forming these organizations, Jarosz is able to work on his projects from beginning to end. He evolves and controls the process, arriving at a much more satisfying end product. Jarosz enjoys tinkering during construction and refines his design as the project progresses.
Both firms have been featured in multiple publications; including, Architectural Digest, Florida Architecture, The Miami Herald, Luxe, Hola, Dream Homes South Florida, 100 Florida Architects, and others. In addition, the firm has received numerous awards from the American Institute of Architects and the Florida Builder’s Association.
