Twice a month, Operations Manager Alex Barcenas, Block-By-Block (BBB) Operations Manager Sully Silva, and Business Communications Liaison Bill Kress are visiting shops and restaurants, and service providers operating with the boundaries of the district to say hey, listen, take notes, and share with management what the BID can do for you—from marketing support and business resources to tackling cleanliness and infrastructure concerns. Think of it as the BID’s open-door policy… delivered curbside. No forms. No fuss. Just real conversations, real support, and a stronger Grove.
