COCO Smiles Orthodontics is a premier orthodontic practice in Coconut Grove dedicated to providing personalized, advanced orthodontic care for patients of all ages. Founded by Dr. Sibel Eljach, DMD, MS, the practice delivers customized treatment plans in a welcoming, patient-focused environment where comfort, quality, and exceptional results come first.
Dr. Eljach earned her dental degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry and completed her orthodontic residency at the university’s nationally recognized Orthodontics Residency Program. Graduating at the top of her class, she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honors Society and received the American Association of Orthodontists’ Best Resident Award. She has previously practiced in Miami since 2020 and in Chicago.
COCO Smiles Orthodontics combines expert care with state-of-the-art technology, including Cone Beam CT imaging, panoramic and cephalometric digital X-rays, advanced 3D scanning, and in-house 3D printing capabilities.
